Oversized Freight Shipping

Pool tables, shuffleboards, and other premium game-room pieces are shipped via insured freight carriers and are available for delivery within the contiguous (lower 48) United States only. Because of their size and the specialized care required during transit, automatic checkout is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Standard Parcel Shipping

Cues, accessories, balls, and other smaller items ship via UPS Ground and are available for delivery to all 50 U.S. states.

Lead Times

Tables from all non–California House brands have an estimated 4–6 week lead time. Please call 916-895-5915 for current availability. California House tables have an estimated 14–18 week lead time. All lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Freight Delivery Requirements

Oversized freight orders are delivered curbside unless white-glove installation is selected. The customer must be present, inspect the crate for visible damage, and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.

White-Glove Installation

Professional installation is available for $899 (Brunswick, Imperial, California House, American Heritage) or $1,250 (Rasson). Installation includes:

• In-home assembly by a certified installer
• Leveling of 3-piece slate to tournament tolerance
• Cloth stretching and pocket installation
• Rail attachment and cushion tuning
• Removal of packing materials

Customer Site Requirements

• Level, structurally sound floor rated for the table's weight (600–1,000 lbs).
• Clear, obstacle-free path from the delivery entrance to the installation room.
• Minimum room clearance of 5 feet on all sides of the table for cue play.
• Stair charges may apply for installations beyond the second floor.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon carrier acceptance. Damage claims are handled through the freight carrier per the terms noted on the delivery receipt.
