Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Pool tables, shuffleboards, game tables, and any other games that are custom-made and/or shipped via freight are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it for a refund, less credit card processing fees for orders paid by card.

Once an order has been placed for a custom-made product — pool tables, shuffleboards, game tables, and other games — refunds are not accepted. You will be notified by email that your order is ready to be submitted. Once you confirm your order by email, it is sent in to the manufacturer.

Damage in Transit

All shipments are freight-insured. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery; concealed damage must be reported to support@pooltables.com with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate repair, replacement parts, or replacement at no cost to you.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty. We handle warranty claims on your behalf with every brand we carry — including Brunswick, Imperial, Rasson, American Heritage, and California House — as well as any additional brands we add to our lineup.

Accessories

Unused, unopened accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods or claim approval.
